Goodrich Aerospace Poland in Tajecina near Rzeszów and in Krosno, form a part of Collins Aerospace which is a division of Raytheon Technologies Corporation (RTX), an American corporation. Collins Aerospace is one of the world’s largest suppliers of advanced technologies for the aerospace and defence industries.
Our factories specialize in the manufacture of parts and subassemblies for landing gear for civil and military aircraft for such customers as: Boeing, Airbus, Bombardier, Lockheed Martin and Gulfstream.
Our history goes back to the mid-90s of the previous century. The Aviation Department of WSK PZL Krosno formed its basis and its employees were the first employees of the new American entity. Our manufacturing facility was supposed to make parts for Coltec Industries. In 1999 Coltec Industries was acquired by BF Goodrich, which in 2001 changed its name to Goodrich. In 2012 Goodrich was bought out by United Technologies Corporation (UTC). In 2018 a merger was effected of UTC Aerospace Systems with Rockwell Collins to form Collins Aerospace. In April 2020 United Technologies Corporation (UTC) and Raytheon Company merged and formed Raytheon Technologies Corporation (RTX).
